Placing a Call

In order to place a call to an outside line, dial 9 1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX, then press send.

In order to dial an internal extension, dial the extension, then press send.

Transferring a Call

In order to transfer a call that you have on the line, hit the transfer button, dial the extension or phone number (91XXX XXXXXXX) you’d like to transfer to, then you can wait for the other party to answer and ask if they’d like to accept the call, or you can hit transfer a second time at any point to complete the process.

Conferencing a Call

In order to conference an additional party to a call that you have on the line, hit the conference button, dial the extension or phone number (91XXX XXXXXXX) you’d like to add to the call, then you can wait for the other party to answer and ask if they’d like to accept the call, or you can hit conference a second time at any point to complete the process.

Voicemail

In order to check voice messages from your phone, dial *98, then your extension and password which have been assigned by your administrator.

In order to check your messages online, please refer to the address given you by your administrator, and use your username and password to login.

Shown above, unconditional call forwarding has been enabled, forwarding all calls, all the time to the phone number in the box. This feature can be turned on and off at anytime inside the online console.
